01. Zero Search Logging

We do not keep what you search for.

DATAHOUND operates on a strict "No-Logs" policy regarding your queries. Whether you search for an email, a username, or a phone number, that input is processed in RAM to retrieve the result and is immediately discarded. We do not build profiles on our users' targets, and we have no history of your investigations.

02. Technical Data We Keep

While we don't care what you search, we must protect the infrastructure from you. To ensure the stability of our API and prevent abuse, we temporarily store:

  • Your IP Address
  • Your User-Agent String

Why? This data is strictly used for:
1. Rate Limiting: Stopping DDoS attacks or script spam.
2. Account Security: Detecting API Key sharing (which violates our Terms).

These technical logs are automatically rotated and deleted periodically.

03. Third Parties

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your metadata to outside parties. We are an independent entity. Your payment data (if applicable) is processed by secure third-party gateways (crypto/PayPal) and is not stored directly on our servers beyond the transaction ID needed for verification.
